Firstly I will ask you to complete a pre-conceptual questionnaire and return this to me prior to your initial assessment, allowing me time to build a picture of your current situation and start planning for your first visit.

Next you will attend an initial assessment, ideally both partners will attend but I understand this may not always be possible. This assessment will allow me time to ask you further questions about your completed questionnaire as well as any test results that you have brought with you and your current lifestyle. This is also a safe space for you to ask me any questions you both have around fertility and Reproflexology. During this assessment I will carry out a repro-assessment on both partners feet, which allows me to assess your reproductive health, looking at general health and well-being, and at the reproductive reflex points in detail. I will also begin all follow up appointments with this repro-assessment.

After initial consultation I will work with a female client weekly through an entire menstrual cycle. As each individuals cycle is unique to them please understand that the time frame for weekly appointments will differ from female to female.

I will work with males weekly for 8 weeks, and this is due to sperm taking 3 months to mature. Following this males would attend fortnightly appointments.
